Unlike light
sanding, full sanding removes a small layer of actual wood from the
surface. We go through whatever topcoat is currently applied whether it's
paint or stain. This brings back the natural beauty to the wood and creates
a smoothe, even, splinter free environment.

about our restoration process
Here are some points about
our sanding:
- We leave no "scoops"
(notches from insufficient drum sanding). And no rotary marks from disc
sanding.
- We can sand everywhere with
our assortment of sanders. There are few places that we cannot get and
we will always let you know what they are ahead of time.
- We bag and pack out 95%
of the grit, then vaccuum, then power wash to remove dust from the cracks
and the seams in the wood and deck and walls and windows.
